Acas has published new guidance on age discrimination for employers.
The new guidance aims to help employers and line managers manage an age diverse workforce, prevent unfair treatment at work, and eradicate bias against older and younger workers.
As well as the guidance, Acas has published two further documents, highlighting top ten things for employers to consider, as well as the top ten myths to do with age discrimination.
